Whatley Manor is a superb Relais Chateaux hotel in the Cotswolds, with a huge and long-standing reputation of excellence for their Michelin-star restaurant. I was commissioned by the fantastic Sue Williams to create a series of marketing films (long and short versions) that would not only show off the hotel, but also grow interest in their new chef at the time (now already a legend) Niall Keating, and push their private dining venue The Green Room.
